Conart Engineer’s growth and success are attributable to the belief in and strict adherence to the core values established nearly a century ago by our founder, Mr. Vinod S. Sura Founder, 1936 – 1999.
Values such as integrity, loyalty, and customer delight—while routinely thrown about without substance in the business community—have always been taken very seriously by our firm. Conart's mission statement is the embodiment of these values.

 

Code of Conduct

It is Conart Engineer’s policy to maintain the highest ethical standards and to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. To ensure that we operate accordingly, we have established a Code of Conduct to which all employees must comply. It requires that all employees report behavioral violations in areas such as:
